Plaza del Sol fue la primera plaza que hubo aquí en Guadalajara, es una plaza grande, destapada, creo que de ahí venga su nombre, es de un solo nivel, no es como las otras plazas que he posteado aquí.

Tiene una fuente de las que les llaman bailarinas que avienta chorros de agua y caen, pero se ven como si fueran sólidos.

También cuenta con na esculturas un poco raras pero que le dan un toque original, te puedes sentar en algunas de ellas y en medio hay otra fuente pero esta es normal, no como la anterior.

Estas esculturas son del famoso escultor Sergio Bustamante, en otras publicaciones se puede ver algunas de sus obras en mis fotos y videos algunas en Tlaquepaque y otras en Puerto Vallarta.

Meet México with Smartplacesmx - Guadalajara Jalisco. Barranca de Huentitan

Si van al Zoologico Guadalajara les recomiendo que de pasada lleguen al mirador de la barranca d Huentitan, que esta donde se termina la Calzada Independencia a un lado del CUAAD la escuela de la UDG, y solo cobran 5 pesos(al menos eso cobraban).

La vista esta de verdad increible, claro que si te miedo las alturas o tienes vértigo pues tal vez no lo disfrutes del todo, ya que tiene unas partes donde el piso donde te paras es una estructura de metal pero puedes ver hacia abajo y la verdad que si da miedo, pero la vista que ofrece puede hacer que lo olvides.

Guadalajara tiene muchos lugares que se pueden visitar y que son muy bellos.
Primero si vienes del aeropuerto agarrando Lazaro Cardenas o viniendo desde Vallarta encontras algo que se puede ver desde muy lejos y es precisamente el hotel Riu el cual es bastante alto les deja estas fotos para que lo chequen:

Un lugar que pueden visitar y que es para toda la familia es el Zoológico Guadalajara, que tiene obviamente muchísimos animales. Les recomiendo el herpetario para mi es de lo mejor que hay y mejor aun ya esta incluido en el paquete mas básico.

Lo que si no le recomiendo es el safari masai mara esta caro y es un recorrido que la verdad no vale la pena, y si puedes estar mas cerca de los animales, pero para mi esta muy chafa. Hay otras cosas mejores y mas baratas como el acuario.

El dia de ayer que salí a pagar el teléfono, me encontré de pasada con este lugar, aquí se hacen exposiciones de todo tipo, mas que nada culturales. Hace muchos años vine aquí y había un expocomics, que por cierto me marcó, en el sentido que me empezaron a gustar los mangas y cosas asi, bueno esto no es importante.

También recuerdo que hubo una exposición de instrumentos de tortura, recuerdo que entras y de frente en un árbol grande estaban colgadas dos jaulas con dos esqueletos humanos, era impactante, y los usaban para que la gente se muriera de hambre.

Ustedes pueden ir y admirar su arquitectura, muy antigua y fascinante, al parecer le hicieron restauraciones porque está en mejores condiciones que antes.

La carretera a Colima es de las que más me gustan, con paisaje variados, desde las tolvaneras, hasta los puentes altísimos donde se pueden ver las montañas algunas verdes tupidas y otras rocosas.
Cuando es temporada de lluvias a veces parece que vas manejando entre las nubes de tan abajo que están.
Realmente es una carretera muy rápida, y si quieres poner a prueba tu carro aquí se puede, no significa que les diga que salgan, se lleven su carro y le den a todo lo que da, sinceramente esta carretera es muy traicionera, en las tolvaneras es la recta perfecta, pero un airecito y te sacude todo el carro, seguido hay accidentes por esta situación.

Si les gusta la música clásica, pero en especial la guitarra clásica. Aqui esta un pequeño concierto que grabe de guitarra realizado por Clara Salas amiga de mi hermana, que a mi parecer toca muy bien y le da un sentimiento especial difícil de crear hacia los espectadores.
Yo toco la guitarra pero como hobby pero esta interpretación ufff es muy buena, espero les guste.

Me tocó de pura casualidad pasar justo cuando pasaba el maratón, no tengo idea cual es el motivo o porque se realizó este maratón, pero si puedo decir que iban muy cansados. Había mucha gente apoyando a algunos, sus familiares entre otros. Lo triste es que iba ganando un extranjero, pero aún así nos defendemos ;-).

Les dejo unas imagenes y uno pequeños videos donde se presenta algunos lugares interesantes de San Pedro Tlaquepaque.
Considero que el centro de Tlaquepaque es un lugar que no te puedes perder si visitas la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara.
Aquí encontrarás artesanías típicas de aquí, figuras de arte como las de Sergio Bustamante, restaurantes en el parián donde podrás disfrutar del mariachi si así lo deseas, y lo que puedes encontrar en muchos locales y en el cual se hacen largas filas es la nieves de garrafa deliciosa.
Para los que gustan visitar los templos está el templo de San Pedro y en un costado está otro templo muy agradable el cual no recuerdo el nombre, los dos no son muy grandes pero son bonitos y vale la pena darles una vuelta.
Si gustan de las gusgueras en el kiosko hay de todo, desde papas, churros, chocolates, tamales, etc. Principalmente los fines de semana es cuando hay más y por los andadores se encontrarán puestos y en algunos venden piezas de plata: anillos, pulseras, cadenitas, etc.
En fin visiten Tlaquepaque.
